Do you do gas work or boilers?

No. Marcos Install does water plumbing, bathrooms, radiators and heating pipework only. For anything on gas or a boiler you need a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Do you really answer emergencies at night?

Yes. Water emergencies are covered 24/7, nights and weekends included. Send a WhatsApp or call, and say where the water is coming from.

How quickly can you get to me?

It depends on where you are and on the traffic at the time, so you get an honest time when you call rather than a promise on a website.

How much will it cost?

Every job is different, so the quote is free and given after the work has been seen, in person or from your photos on WhatsApp. Call-outs can carry a call-out fee and parts are priced separately; you hear both before any work starts.

Which areas do you cover?

Marcos Install is based in Stoke-on-Trent and travels up to about 40 miles around it, across Staffordshire, south Cheshire and the edge of the West Midlands.

Can you do the whole bathroom, not just the plumbing?

Yes. Liviu does full bathroom renovations, from the strip-out and first fix to the second fix and the finish, so you deal with one person from start to end.
