Bathroom renovations
A whole bathroom, start to finish, by one plumber
Most of Liviu's work is full bathrooms. He does the plumbing and the finish himself, so the person who plans the pipes is the one who fits the taps.
Strip-out
The old suite and tiles come out, back to the walls and the pipes.
First fix
New supply and waste pipework where your new layout needs it.
Finish & second fix
Bath or walk-in shower, basin, toilet, taps, radiator, sealed and tested.
Water emergencies · 24/7
Water where it shouldn't be? Message Liviu, day or night
Leaks, burst pipes and blockages are answered around the clock, nights and weekends included. The first job is to stop the water; if the full repair needs parts, you get a temporary repair on the spot.
- Tell us where the water is coming from. A photo on WhatsApp helps.
- Honest arrival time. It depends on where you are and the traffic, so you hear it when you call.
- Prices before work. A call-out fee can apply and parts are extra; you hear both first.
- Water only. No gas work and no boilers.

Reviews on FacebookDo you do gas work or boilers?
No. Marcos Install does water plumbing, bathrooms, radiators and heating pipework only. For anything on gas or a boiler you need a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Do you really answer emergencies at night?
Yes. Water emergencies are covered 24/7, nights and weekends included. Send a WhatsApp or call, and say where the water is coming from.
How quickly can you get to me?
It depends on where you are and on the traffic at the time, so you get an honest time when you call rather than a promise on a website.
How much will it cost?
Every job is different, so the quote is free and given after the work has been seen, in person or from your photos on WhatsApp. Call-outs can carry a call-out fee and parts are priced separately; you hear both before any work starts.
Which areas do you cover?
Marcos Install is based in Stoke-on-Trent and travels up to about 40 miles around it, across Staffordshire, south Cheshire and the edge of the West Midlands.
Can you do the whole bathroom, not just the plumbing?
Yes. Liviu does full bathroom renovations, from the strip-out and first fix to the second fix and the finish, so you deal with one person from start to end.
Who do you work for?
Homeowners, landlords, restaurants and shops, and offices.
